The Gunders are full-time with Tehillah Ministries & soon the Cavies will be full-time as well working with Tehillah. However their ability to be committed and focused on God's work, is made possible only through a team effort. The Gunders & Cavies each have a Partnership program dedicated to supporting them in their rolls at TM (Tehillah Ministries). To learn more on this Click Here.
No doubt God requires people to Go to places not in our normal space when he calls, but he needs also His people to support in a sending capacity.
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit," Matthew 28:19
God has blessed TM with a committed board and administrator, who work together as a team praying, consulting and searching God's Word for guidance and the means to complete the tasks set before TM by our Gracious Heavenly Father.
Without God's Blessing, the board, the day to day administration, the crew members, many volunteers & people behind the scenes, the support for the Gunders & Cavies just wouldn't be there.
You could join this team and support God's work through Tehillah Ministries. Membership is just one way, subscription to the various email groups, and or becoming involved in a project, is another. You too could become a Team Tehillah Member and participate in God's work also.

Ernie & Maryln Gunders |
Ernie and Marilyn Gunders have had many years of ministry to the Body of Christ, both in Australia and overseas; and most recently spent three years as missionaries with Pioneers of Australia (formerly APCM) in the Western Province of Papua New Guinea.
As full-time missionaries, Ernie and Marilyn are responsible for the day to day operation of Special Effects, the safety of the crew and the proper implementation of training courses whilst overseas, and maintenance of equipment when in Australia.
Ernie & Marilyn are responsible for the construction of the Centre and will be its inaugural administrators. | ||||

Shane & Karen Caves |
Shane and Karen’s service with the Body of Christ in local Australian churches and overseas covers many years.
They have both been involved in mission teams and work parties in Australia, Kiribati, Thailand and Papua New Guinea.
Shane and Karen have been requested by the United Church in Bougainville to start the process of rehabilitating Church-owned coconut plantations with a view to using them as vocational training centres.
Shane and Karen will soon be full time missionaries with Tehillah Ministries and share the vision of encouraging, equipping through vocational training and uplifting the national people, amongst the Bougainville Islands of Papua New Guinea. | ||||

Mrs Dot Vincent |
Dot is a foundation member of Tehillah, has been a board member since inception, was Vice Chairman in 2004 and capably takes up the reins this year as leader. A retired school teacher, Dot brings a high level of expertise to the position. | ||||

Rob Ellem |
As a practicing counsellor and Careforce Lifekeys facilitator Rob carries with him a unique understanding of the difficulties faced by many in the community both inside and outside the church. With over thirty years in the administration field Rob has gained management skills and experience through a wide range of business and government organisations. | ||||

Geoff Vincent |
Geoff is a foundation member of Tehillah and has served on the board since its inception in 2000. Geoff has had a long association with missions, has served as an elder in his local church, and led a work party to PNG in 1994. He brings a depth of understanding of missions to the board. | ||||

Keith Stevenson | Keith Stevenson - Board member Keith is the Pastor at Hervey Bay Baptist Church, who have a wonderful focus on Missions. For many years HBBC have supported Tehillah Ministries. Keith has a heart for missions and through HBBC many projects and many lives have been touched through their efforts. Keith's experiance and wisdom in missons, is a blessing to Tehillah Ministries. | ||||

Mrs Marlene Clifford | Marlene Clifford - Administrator & Board Member This is Marlene’s fith year as Secretary/Treasurer, having taken over from Dot in 2002. With long experience in an accounting firm, and computing skills enhanced by her husband Neville’s expertise, Marlene is a most valued board member. | ||||

Don White |
Don & his wife Aileen have completed a circumnavigation, and come to the team with some great sailing experiance for ocean crossing. Their heart for missions is a valuable contrubution to the board. | ||||
Paul Hazelgrove | Paul Hazelgrove - Board Member Paul has a passion for missions, as he is involved with a number of mission orgainsations. Paul & His family have enjoyed the last few years in supporting Tehillah, through technology, crewing on Special Effects, and now serving as a board member. | ||||

Experienced crew to travel across deep oceans is a blessing and valuable company to Ernie & Marilyn, enabling the delivery of precious resources to remote areas of the Pacific. Paul, Don, & Robert have each played a special roll in assisting the safe delivery of Special Effects for the purpose of God's Glory. We are greatful for how God has blessed us with these people to complete His Work.

| Paul Hazelgrove Married to Melinda (Mel). Father of 4, Brooke, Jack, Prue & Eve. Loves his sailing both cruising and racing, and enjoys bringing Gods truth to people through Technology..
On this website we have the ability to track the position of Special Effects in relation to the coast of Austraila and her heading towards Bougainville. The Coastlands people update this information twice daily following the morning and afternoon radio contact skeds. Coastlands are a valuable support to many sailing vessels like Special Effects, when you're a long way from home.

Don is a keen sailor and has previously sailed the return trip from Bougainville on Special Effects in 2004 & 2006. His knowledge of sailing, boats and experience in long sailing passages, has been a wonderful blessing to Tehillah Ministries. | ||||

Robert Chalmers Married to Bronwyn, Father to Andrew & Michael and loves adventure and sailing. In 2006 Robert was a valuable support to Ernie & Marilyn as he assisted in Sailing Special Effects from Hervey Bay to Townsville. Jon is married to Jude and have they have two children and live in Sydney Australia. In 2007 Jon sailed across from Townsvile to Bougainville with Ernie & Marilyn. Their journey was completed in record time as condition were ideal for SFX. | ||||

In Gods wisdom he planned the Journey of TM and also planned some wondeful Partnerships to complete His purposes, after all the more people involved, the more that will hear about Gods wondress plans and blessings.
From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work. Ephesians 4:16
God will complete a work in His people and he will use His resources to do this. In other words, Partnerships are vital in order to achive His purposes.

| United Church of Papua New Guinea Through some miraculous events God has brought Tehillah Ministries and the United Church of Bougainville together. A formal arrangement has been formed between TM and the UC (United Church of Bougainville) to participate in a long term program to strengthen, train and equip their leadership.
This begins with the construction of a Pastors' and Vocational Training Centre to be situated on the old mission station of Skotolan on the west coast of Buka. Tehillah will provide initial training and administrative staff as we work towards our eventual replacement with National staff.

Tehillah Ministries has seen how other supporting ligaments can come together for His Purposes. Pastor Brett Monk and his wife, Leigh Anne from Westgate Chapel in the USA have been involved with TM through the Gift of a yacht "Special Effects". Westgate Chapel have committed to partnering with Tehillah Ministries through their gifts and support. Their vision for reaching the remote via sea is the same as Ernie & Marilyn. Coastlands Ministry provide a vital link and support to TM through there daily HF Radio Sceds while at sea. Their assistance with this contact is a vital component for the safety and communication while SE is sea. An invaluable ministry to TM and many others who take God's Word to people in remote areas across the sea and in outback Australia. Again we are grateful how God has brought this partnership together.

God has blessed Hervey Bay Baptist with a missions heart as such they support a multitude of mission projects including TM, the Gunders and Cavies. In the true scriptual model, this church is a sending church. Pastor Keith Stevenson and his team have been a long term partner and we trust God will continue to bless them as they partner with Tehillah Ministries.
